Dog Walking, Boarding or Any Other Pet Care Services Agreement and Waiver of Liability

This Agreement is made and entered into by and between BEAR BUNNY & Co. herein after referred to as "Service Provider," and the Client (hereinafter referred to as "Client") upon the submission of payment for any pet services, including Dog Walking, Boarding or any care services.

1. Services Provided: The Service Provider agrees to provide dog walking and care services as specified in the service details provided on the Service Provider's website.

2. Assumption of Risk: The Client understands that there are inherent risks involved in dog walking and care services, including, but not limited to, the risk of injury or loss in the event that the dog runs away, encounters other animals, or is exposed to other hazards.

3. Waiver of Liability: By submitting payment for services, the Client agrees to waive any and all rights to sue the Service Provider for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur, including but not limited to:

- Injury or harm to the Client's dog.

- Loss of the Client's dog.

- Any accidents or incidents that may occur while the Client's dog is under the care of the Service Provider.

4. Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any and all claims, demands, liability, or damages arising from the Client’s dog during the provision of services.

5. Acknowledgment: The Client acknowledges that they have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily accept these terms on behalf of themselves and their dog.

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

By submitting payment, the Client affirms they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
